is it wrong 2 find dvds sexy?
cos i think they are so beautiful
i know it might sound weird or sad
but i arrange my dvds in certain orders
:o
lol
i have sets of certain actors/actresses
the directors
the sequels and trilogies
and oscar films
and then randoms
plus my shelvs are full now so i have 2 drawers full and a safe i dont let my dad watch cos he doesnt look after dvds at all he usually falls asleep watching them and leaves them in the dvd player
i stop mine and take them out when im done
is that weird???

nope thats fine harley,i do the same.dvds are very easy to damage for example...ever hired a dvd from blockbuster thats not a new release?the fims are scratched n buggered up totally, sometimes unwatchable, what do people do with em???? use em as dinner plates or just let the dog chew on em!!! its really really annoying
i tend to have my dvds in their genres eg.sci-fi,comedy,animated,horror,kids etc...i have a special genre aside for tim burton movies as im his greatest fan and believe his films deserve it :D
i have a small select collection of movies, about 60,i sometimes clear out films which i consider not quite up to the mark for my tastes as i like to keep the collection compact, tight, sharp n what i think is worthy of ownership.and yes..some dvd box art or design is beautiful.certain movie poster designs are works of art.
eg.
alien
alien 3
avp
the crow
sleepy hollow
nightmare before christmas
batman forever
batman
star wars trilogy new n old
big trouble in little china
goonies
labyrinth
most bruce lee movies etc....
I keep my Film DVDs and TV DVDs seperate, but in alphabetical order.
I also catalogue my DVDs on my home computer, and thanks to the "auto filter" option, I can pick our specific selections of films that I want to pick from, whether they be a certain Actor/Actress, Director, Guidance rating (if it's for my niece and nephew), Genre, or film Running time.
I might do a catalogue for my TV DVDs, but they'res a lot less of them to keep track of though.

I do that anyway, but with over 600 titles, it's a handy way for me to remember exactly what I've got :)

Far from it, I doubt I own even 1% of all the different films currently available on DVD.
I do have quite a range though, featuing films from 13 different countries, and having at least 2 films from every decade all the way from the 30s to the 00s (My oldest film is from 1931), I also have several films that never made it to the cinema, and one film that you can't even buy in this country.
