Review: The televisual equivalent of a turd that won’t flush, Runcorn based shit-com Two Pints returns for yet another foul-mouthed series. While many will cringe at the idea of another eight episodes of knob gags and biscuit-based enthusiasm, they may be pleased to discover that this series shakes things up like an Etch-a-Sketch. During the live opener, it’s discovered that Jonny has been killed after failing to jump over a shark in Hawaii (see what they did there?). The resulting chain of events sees a widowed Janet starving for a shag, Donna and Gaz getting hitched and Louise getting knocked up by Donna’s brother. It’s a ballsy move that marks a slight turn for the better. It’s still far from perfect, but it’s at least a step in the right direction.
