From the mind behind Scary Movie 3 and Scary Movie 4 comes another dollop of spoof-related hilarity. Written and directed by Craig Mazin, Superhero Movie (a send-up of familiar favourites, ‘Spider-Man’, ‘Batman’ and ‘Fantastic Four’) tells the story of ‘Dragonfly’, an unconventional superhero who finds himself protecting his beloved city against all manner of criminals.
The DVD will be heading to DVD in September (TBC) through Momentum Pictures, with TBC extras including an audio commentary with writer/director Craig Mazin, deleted scenes, an alternate ending, a ‘Meet The Cast’ featurette and an ‘Art Of Spoofing’ featurette.
